1. At the
start of every month, a new chapter begins
2. The chapter
is open for new Kuruvis(Members) to join the community
3. Mapping of Kuruvis
starts (Members are mapped based on their pin code location; this helps the
community find like minded people in their area.
4. What’s up app
and Meet up website acts as an interface

5. Introduction
meeting for members happens in a public place ( Meet 1 )
6. In the
first meet, members get to know about each other and volunteers applicants are
invited
7. By the end of the month the chapter closes; all
the members who joined from month start to end are part of the chapter
Activity
time (Meet 2 to
Meet 10)
8. The pre work
for next meet begins
9. All members
of chapter are encouraged to share the experiences, contributions, knowledge,
information and resources, make a note
of possible business opportunities
10. Each member collects as much information as
possible and presents it to the chapter members on the date of meeting
11. Volunteers takes
care of the arrangements to organize the meeting
12. Meeting is
organized as scheduled
